We believe developers should be able to build and ship authentication without a procurement process, a sales call, or a credit card form. Here's what "free" actually means on voult.dev.

What's included

• Every MVP feature, free — email/password auth, OAuth, magic links, JWT rotation, rate limiting, the dashboard, and the UI kits. None of it is behind a paywall.
• No credit card required — sign up and start building. We won't ask for payment details until you explicitly upgrade.
• No trial timer counting down — use the MVP for as long as you need. Evaluate it on your own schedule.
• Generous free tier after launch — paid plans with higher limits and advanced features will come later. There will always be a free tier for small projects, side projects, and experimentation.
• Fair usage limits — free tier limits are designed so individuals and small teams can operate normally. We'll publish exact numbers before launch.

Our business model depends on teams scaling up with us, not on trapping small developers behind a paywall.
